President Trump, Full Send Interview: Threat of Nuclear Fallout “Serious”
Hosts of the Full Send Podcast asked Trump’s take on the possibility of nuclear war.
U.S. and Russia
U.S. Sanctions against Russia might prove to be more trouble than they’re worth.
The Biden administration has deployed sanctions against the Kremlin in response to Russia’s invasion of Ukraine in February.
Both sides of the aisle initially took aim at the sanctions claiming President Biden was going too easy on Russia, but Putin felt differently.
The Kremlin considers the U.S. sanctions to be an act of war and is considering a response. Imposing no-fly zones over Ukraine are viewed by Putin as “participating in the armed conflict.”
The U.S. ruling class seems set in its position in light of news reports alleging war crimes by Russia. Much of the news coming out of Ukraine has become notoriously fake.
Putin has hinted at the use of nuclear weapons by deploying the Russian Army Deterrence Force, the nuclear arms branch of the Russian military. The issue is not whether Russia desires to use nuclear weapons, hence “deterrence.” The question is how far the Biden administration and the West are willing to push Putin. The alternative is for Ukraine to agree to neutralization, serving as a buffer between Nato and Russia. The Kremlin has stated the conflict would cease “in a moment” if Ukraine agreed to Putin’s demands.
Full Send Interview
President Donald Trump appeared on the Full Send Podcast where he was asked about the prospect of nuclear war between Russia and the U.S.:
“…Could this ever be nuclear war? What is your take on that, as just a scared U.S. Citizen right now-”
“You should be scared, because we have incompetent people heading up our country…”
The response from an often unwavering Trump seemed to catch the Full Send hosts off guard, who asked how the crisis may be resolved.
Trump cited that Biden’s weakness results in an inability to negotiate with an unintimidated Putin. He also pointed to the pullout from Afghanistan which torched U.S. foreign policy.
In a final warning, Trump informed listeners that both Germany and Japan have both begun to revamp their militaries.
“Be careful what you wish for…take a look over the last two world wars.”
